Peter Brown is the General Manager of Watson Property Group. Peter previously held this role for 8 years from 2003 to 2011 and returned in 2015. He has 20 years’ experience at a senior level in the finance industry with major lenders before moving to property in 1998. He has had senior roles in the acquisition, development, management and sale of residential, commercial and industrial property along with civil construction. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management.
Mark Watson founded Watson Property Group in 1999 and is currently the Director, CEO, Real Estate Licence Holder and Triennial Certificate Holder. Mark is a successful real estate agent and property developer operating in Perth since 1991 with Roy Weston, Keenan Watson and the First National Group. As well as his own developments, Mark has been a consultant to Multiplex Construction Pty Ltd, WR Carpenter Properties Pty Ltd, The Lester Group, The Perron Group, P&N Landreach Pty Ltd, and Cape Bouvard Investments Pty Ltd of the Sarich Group. Michael Ougan is a Director and the Company Secretary of Watson Property Group. Tony has over thirty three years commercial and property finance experience in the UK, Western Europe, America, Asia Pacific and Australia in senior finance, management and consulting roles. He is a qualified Accountant and Fellow from the UK Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA), and holds a Masters of Applied Finance. Nicky Turner is the Broker Liaison Agent with Watson Complete Homes. With extensive sales and marketing experience within Australia and the UK, Nicky’s focus is on business development both within Australia and Asia Pacific and dedicates herself to providing clients with up to date developments and information. Nicky holds an Honours degree from Nottingham Trent University and is a qualified Sales Representative in Western Australia.
